Order & Shipping Policy – USA Used Parts

Once your order is placed and payment is completed, our certified mechanics will confirm that the part is in stock, in good condition, and ready to ship.

🔍 Part Verification & Approval:

  • We will send you actual photos of the part after it is removed from the vehicle.

  • You have 2 business days to review and approve the images.

  • The approval window is valid for up to 7 business days from the order date.

  • Once approved, your part will be shipped within 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking:

  • Within 2 business days of shipment, tracking details and freight information will be emailed to you.


Shipping Guidelines:

  • Small parts (e.g., sensors, modules) are shipped to your billing address.

  • Large parts (e.g., engines, transmissions) are shipped to commercial/business addresses only. Please provide:

    • Business name and address

    • Contact person’s name, phone number, and email

    • Authorization for us to speak with the contact directly if needed

    • 📦 Note: If a forklift is required at the delivery location, the customer is responsible for providing and covering its cost.


Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

  • If any damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and keep a copy for your records.
